Beautiful and great quality

The bags are measured at their widest and the ends of the bags are too small for a kindle to fit even though the dimensions describe a bag larger than the kindle. Unfortunately they do not allow returns on sale items so it seems I’m stuck with a bag I cannot use for my purposes.

Bought it for my wife. Arrived faster than expected. She fell in love with it.

Shipping was a little slow but it’s very cute and I’m so excited about it

I had ordered something for my wife and didn't realize I had never updated my address when I moved. After placing the order, I realized my mistake. I emailed customer service and asked if it was too late to fix the address, as I know your company has an amazing shipping speed. I was contacted by customer service and the address was corrected. I was ever grateful and remain so to this day.

Good bag. Once it did ship. They did good in keeping me up to date on delivery. The wife loves it so that’s what counts. Great price.

So cute, great quality

I ordered back in October knowing it was a pre order but this is ridiculous I have reached out a number of times trying to find out about any shipping information. Waited a month reached out again still no shipping information now December and still have not gotten it. Or and other info. Was to be a Christmas present. Will never order from them again! And I was trying to get a refund I get no response. What to do.
