I would rate it lower if it was possible. Terrible experience every time I tried to use it. I lost a bit of money a few years ago when price was going up and platform didn’t work so I couldn’t sell then it all went down again and it seems not much has changed. A few times that happened but a friend convinced me to try again, as a few years passed I thought maybe they improved now.. how wrong I was!! Straight away I can’t even set up a limit sell order for a few coins .. ridiculous! I wish I had bought them on binance now where I usually trade and have no issues ever with anything .. customer service try and be sweet but honestly it’s just not good enough for a trading platform .. if you can’t buy and sell when you need to what is the point of it .. I will sell what I have and I can’t trust this platform and I agree with all the other comments below.. I feel your pain 🤯

My advice: Just really don't use this app. I'm facing many problems with this platform. it started with login issues in another country that took way too many days to be fixed, and lost money that was somewhere in the nowhere i wanted to transfer and goes on to being not able to send solana to another wallet. You basically get your money either blocked or lost with this platform but cant make any fast transfer... Whereas time and speed really matters in working with crypto, this platform is slow and just technically doesn't work. The live support acts like a robot and is frustrating too and just not of any help... The platform has comparibly high fees and is technically not reliable at all. This does not make any sense...do yourself a favor and just not use it...

Horrible experience, took my crypto deposit and now I can't KYC because the app won't launch. This means that my money is now stuck on their platform

By far, the worst crypto onboarding experience I ever had !! App is so badly done, I don't even want to continue trying to scan my documents. (Literally impossible to scan a simple passport photo) Will DEFINITELY not use Rain, and I don't recommend you use it.

Their spreads are simply crazy!!! also, they charged me $17 for a transfer that normally costs $1. Will never use it again, thats for sure. Be careful! Also, on the app they don't let you know through which chain the crypto is being sent, dangerous for beginners. Very bad experience. Also, they don't have a google page, which seems shady.

I am a customer of Rain in Bahrain,even though the app has a nice simple interface which is easy to use, there are some issues everyone should know: 1. Company says they charge 0% fees that is because they add their margin when you buy the coin. So for e.g. if u buy a coin with Market value 100, then the transaction buying price will be 105, in my experience they charge approx 5% as margin, so if you sell again it will give you 5% less. So on an average you need 10% gains just to breakeven on the transaction. I appreciate platforms like binance which declare their fees upfront and it is negligible. You can use rain for long term investment maybe. 2. Lately, their app won't let me buy when I raise with CS, they said delete the app and reinstall, just updating the app won't solve the problem. This is highly unprofessional for a trading platform. This is the first time any app has asked me to delete and reinstall. Generally any app would just fix the bug in an update. Now I feel uncofortable, what if in a critical moment you want to sell and it won't let you?
