Very bad experience with this company they took over 6 days to credit deposit and over charged for bank transfer and ended up loosing alot of money and they blamed it on their bank. I think they are holding clients funds for weeks and trading with it as it does not take 4 days to deposit money in the GCC. Wont be using them again as they seem to be withholding peoples money and delaying for some reason. Thank you

Hello Ali. We apologize for the first experience you had with Rain. Where were you transferring from? If not in Bahrain, international wire transfers (SWIFT) can take up to four business days, sometimes longer to arrive. Sometimes your bank also charges a forex fee for sending to Bahrain. To make up for this, we typically credit our customers the difference in an event like this and we take a loss to guarantee the best customer experience. We have 24/7/365 live chat support on our website and apps. Want to DM us on there and we can take a look at this case again? As mentioned, we are determined to make sure all of our customers have a good outcome with Rain. For your trouble, we can also issue a bug bounty in the case that you found a gap in our operations or services. Rain is also licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) as a crypto-custodian. Which means by law, we have to keep all customers funds 1:1 at all times. We do solvency checks on the minute, day, week, month, quarter, and year to make sure we are not breaking any laws. We can assure you that Rain is not withholding any customer deposits.
