Ordering to receiving the product was seamless. All was easy and stress free. I never give a 5 star.

I sent two emails with pictures about the item I received. It had been returned previously. There are big flaws in the finish on every piece. This was weeks ago. I have never received a response to return item. Please send an undamaged item and return the damaged one.
