The item (battery) arrived on time but it didn’t last as long as the old one but I don’t have time or the funds to send it back especially in this holiday season! A lot of money for this item but I have to take the good with the bad. Have a good holiday!

All 4 corners of the mattress did not expand all the way and are not square. All corners lower by 3" then rest of bed. I emailed customer support immediately with pics and a week later support asked me for more pics. This mattress must have been old model stored standing up for a long time. I asked for a partial refund or credit and received no response.

I ordered the sewing table and I'm missing nine pieces how do I get in touch with customer service?

Ordered a sewing table. When I tried to return it, I never got a response from the company. Tried multiple times to contact customer service, but no response. Good luck ordering from this place. They look like crooks to me.
