The package not only did not arrive in time, it came two days late. The bags were unusable as they did not make it for the event.

Don’t get it mistaken,I love the speed of delivery and clarity of the promo piece I ordered. My problem rests in the thickness and durability of the material used. I Used the promo piece at a holiday market yesterday, but in unrolling for the second time ,it snapped back into its housing and tore. It was cold and it got brittle. I have ordered another ….But I thought you should know.

took a very very long time for my order to be processed, and even longer for it to be delivered
