I arrived at a quest diagnostics and told them I needed bloodwork done, but I was without health insurance at that time and would not go through with it if it was more than $200. The lady who drew my blood and worked the front reassured me that she would apply an employee discount and not to worry. A month later, I got a bill from quest for $700. I went back to the same lab, same person and she insisted she said/did no such thing, even laughing at me for insinuating it. Absolute scam of a company. Completely insane. In hindsight, I should have gotten it in writing, all I had was a paper with her signature circled which meant nothing, that is my bad I guess.

I had an appointment on August 31, at 10am they got me in fast. The person drawing blood was nice. I tried calling to get my results and no answer. I emailed the company. They LOST my (Blood) LAB orders so no results. So, I have to go do it again, but I will be going to a different place.

Today’s visit was very good in pmsnt city fl. TraiAnNy YmaneNdanzy She was very helpful today and patient her and The Haitian gentleman were very kind and they helped me figure out the issue. We were having with the lab work paperwork and they were fun and she did exceptional. Thanku

I had a very bad experience this morning at the Quest Lab in Port Arthur Texas (Medical Center.) I felt threatened and ended up walking out. I do not know the phlebotomist's name, but everything was going well until she told me I had a $61 copay. I told her that our insurance copay for labs is $0 and she kept saying that the system is telling her that the copay is $61. I told her that I would rather be billed later and she kept going with the copay. When I asked her if she is saying that I cannot receive lab work without paying the copay, she told me that she was not saying that. When I asked her, "then why are we arguing about it?" she said "Maam, I am not arguing with you. When I then asked, "then why are we going round and round with this", she stared at me for a second and narrowed her eyes in a threatening manner, and turned back to the computer. At that point, I felt threatened like there is no way I am letting her come near me with a needle and I walked out. I will NEVER use Quest Labs again. I cannot reach anyone on the phone to discuss this and apparently Quest does not care about customer service. Also, their algorithms try to charge customers for a copay that they do not have. This was a horrible experience and it is the last experience I will have at Quest after literally many years of using their labs. I have never felt threatened like that by a phlebotomist over an imaginary copay.

Cheryl at Mills Avenue in Orlando is amazing. Very caring, helpful, and professional. She was patient with a system issue, took the time to solve it and she was very soft and kind with I and my 11 years old daughter. We love and appreciate her service.

Naples, fl, my blood tests got lost and nobody notified me, after 8 days of waiting I called customer service and I was told to go back and have blood drawn again. This is my health , how can they loose my bloodwork and not notify me????
