I went to Quest on 09/04/2026 for labs from my primary care physician. I am afraid of needles and I get very nervous when blood is drawn. Donnae took my blood and she was amazing - I did not even know the needle was in and before I could ask when it was over, she had already taken it out. It was the best experience I have had at Quest. Erma was also there and she took my scrip and information to input it on the computer. She had a fantastic personality and made me feel wonderful after having a very upsetting morning with my boyfriend before coming to Quest. She gave me a big hug and it was exactly what I needed! I hope these 2 women can be recognized for excellent, caring, kind and compassionate service. They are both remarkable employees and they are definitely an asset to your organization.

Made an appointment to pick up a sample. There were zero appointments in the entire city to drop it off and they force you to sit in a lobby for hours while your sample that's supposed to be refrigerated sits there before you can hand it to them and leave. This company is awful. Their workers are great, but the company sucks.

I was billed 7 times this year for labs I received in December. After multiple phone calls between my insurance and quest i just paid it. Then I found out they were already paid from my insurance company. Then i had to spend 3 months getting my refund from them. I am done, going to the hospital now for labs. *I been going to quest for over 10 years. So you just lost another customer. Don't use them, customer service is horrible and billing is the worst.

Can I leave zero stars? The website is archaic and will not verify my identity. I called customer service after the chat bot also failed. The automated phone rep hung up on me twice. I finally got in touch with a real human and they transferred me back to the robot. The robot hung up on me again. I finally got put in a queue to possibly speak to a human again and it said my wait time was 45 minutes. How the heck do they continue to function like an actual healthcare company? I can't imagine being an elderly patient attempting to access their lab results. Ridiculous. I will stick to LabCorp. No issues with them.

Absolutely Horrible. I went for a lab blood work on 1 Oct 2026. It has been 2 weeks and I am unable to get my test results despite repeated attempts online as well as talking to and getting assurances from customer reps!! I never had such experience with Labcorp, where i would get results promptly within one day. Nobody has been able to help me there.

I’ve been going to Quest in Tallmadge on North St and the young man that works there ( Kyle ) is just the best!! He’s friendly and funny and it makes blood draws a lot more comfortable. 😀

5318 Sparks Blvd., 89436 is the location visited. Wife was scheduled to do bloodwork at this location. We live in a small town 2 hours away. She had an appointment for 1520 and arrived at 1535, due to road construction and severe bumper to bumper traffic. She called ahead and advised them. They close at 1600. She arrived and was told her blood will not be drawn, despite no one else (customers) being there. She (the tech there) told my wife she doesn’t draw anyone’s blood after 1530. She was extremely rude, degrading, and unprofessional to my wife. There is no policy or procedure with Quest Diagnostics stating they stop draws 30mins prior to closing. My wife wasted 4 hours of fuel and was unable to get her blood drawn. Rather than being understanding and accommodating, the tech spoke down to my wife and told her “It wasn’t her problem.” 100% would not recommend this quest location.

They sent my 50 dollar bill to collections without telling after getting paid over 1000.00 dollars. Original bill was 1051.00 dollar and insurance paid them 1001.00 dollar already. What a great 👍 👌 👏 customer service u stupid a..wholes
