At Quantum Gear, we understand that a failing transmission is stressful — and that trusting someone with a repair this important isn't an easy decision. That's why we focus on doing things the right way, from the first click to the day your unit arrives. We specialize in remanufactured GM automatic transmissions, with our core lineup built around the 6L80 and 6L90. Every unit goes through a complete remanufacturing process, where worn and failure-prone components are replaced and restored. Before anything ships, each transmission is tested on a dynamometer, so we know it performs the way it should — not just on paper, but under real load.We ship nationwide. Ordering is done online, and your unit is delivered by freight straight to you, wherever you are in the country.Whether you're a repair shop, a mechanic, or a driver simply trying to get your vehicle back on the road, our goal is the same: make the process clear and straightforward, and hand you a unit you can rely on. No guesswork, no runaround — just a properly remanufactured transmission and people who are ready to help when you have questions.

The transmission arrived quickly. It’s been in for about 12 days. Everything is working as it should. Can’t beat the price. Customer service was quick to reply over email.

Much appreciated, Anthony. Freight is usually the part people dread, so I'm happy it stayed out of your way.

My core was $750 but gave me $675 no explanation..

Eduin, thank you for flagging this, and sorry the refund came without an explanation. We went through your order: the freight carrier held back $80 of your core deposit because a liftgate service was recorded during loading and unloading. If that service wasn't actually provided, just tell us and we'll dispute the charge with the carrier. We've emailed you at e********[email protected], or you can write to us at [email protected], whichever is easier. Either way, we'll handle it from our side.
Great customer service and very fast delivery everything was smooth and worked 👍
