I had a wine glass engraved with my daughter-in-law’s first name and it was beautiful. She loved it.

We ordered wine glasses, pint glasses, and pilsner with our logo on them. The ordering process was simple and we received our order in a timely manner. The glasses are beautiful.

Overpriced for the quality we received.

The engraving and candy bowls were nice quality and looked great.

Product was very nice however the time from order to shipping seemed unusually long. The order was placed approximately one month prior to being received. Our concern prompted a phone call to the vendor after which the order was shipped.

The crystal wine glasses are beautiful and the engraving just what we were hoping!

My product had a logo on one side of the glass and text on the back side. The logo was crooked and too small, the text was WAY too small and smudged. I had to put on "reader" glasses to read it. I emailed and requested a re-run of the product, no response. After a week I called and a guy named Nick asked me to send pics and he'd take a look. He was very nice, but no response to my emailed pics. After another week I called (no answer), called the next day and Nick (very nice) said he would re do the glasses himself. I never received the corrected product nor did I receive any communication from Nick or this company. Website is nice and customer service is nice, but they DO NOT deliver. I would NOT recommend!!!
