Never received a notice or any correspondence from anyone. Only way I knew my order was received was by checking the charge on my credit card. Did not get a chance to approve before production. Ordered 6 vases, air bubbles in all of them. The engraving in two of the vases two letters were closed , solid g and a . In another vase air bubble appears in the last place you would like , it looks like a punctuation mark where one should not be.

Did not receive product ordered. Company refused to remake the correct product or refund my money. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!!! Shameful lack of customer support. They got my $47.00. I GOT NOTHING!!!!!!
