Very good quality and service.

Pentwater was very patient with me as it took a while for my project to be ready. When I receive the cabinets they looked beautiful. I had a few questions about parts that they answered promptly with no problems.

I would give 5 stars for the cabinets but I am giving them 4 stars because of the sales representative that took care of me. She ended up being rude and was very upset because I made several changes before I placed my order. However, I am the customer and have the right to make the required or desired changed until I was satisfied with the layout.

Brian was great in helping us layout our kitchen and buffet area. Service and follow up were excellent. I’ve since recommended Pentwater to 5 of my friends.

These guys had the best prices I could find and they were friendly and professional. And they assisted/educated Gently when I needed it.

Service was great. Layout worked flawlessly. I intend on using them again soon!
