A five star puzzle! It took longer than expected to arrive, but when I contacted puzzlesup they were extremely helpful and made me feel that they would do whatever it took to satisfy me.

I love sitting and working on your puzzles they are beautiful. I love the different shapes.

the puzzles are very challenging. I swore up and down there was no way I had all the pieces until I finally put the last piece in! Sure enough....complete and amazing. I can warn you the small puzzle is not for the "faint of heart"...very challenging bur very rewarding when finished.

Beautiful, challenging puzzles in great sizes! The puzzle color is not as bright and vibrant as the picture provided, but the magnificence is all there. The pricing is reasonable and the finished puzzle satisfying. Enjoy!

I like the puzzles, but i do not like the placement of the restart button, i do the 50 piece ones, so whenever i accedently click on the restart button, it is very frustrating

I first bought 3 in 1-2025, took aprox 2 months to git. Loved em so much bought 5 more. Those came quickly. I currently have 12 more in my cart. While waitn for them to git here I got out an old cork backed puzzle I had. Couldnt git nto it! I lik the shapes in PuzzleUp & they are well made, altho I did hav one piece that came broken. I super glued it. So far so good. Would reccomend!

It took a little longer to arrive but when I contacted support they were really helpful and checked the supplier. It arrived today and it’s just as good and exactly what it looked like on the website

I was missing a couple of pieces to my puzzle. They replaced the puzzle quickly. The puzzles are of good quality.
