I brought my papa an portrait for his Christmas present and it has me and my sister his two only grandkids and him in it. He was super happy with his Christmas present

Not only were they receptive to any concerns or questions I had, but they were adaptable AND completed the artwork in less than time than advertised. This was a gift for my partner and she was floored. Big win!

No poprovde, zkušenost osobně sama úplně nemám, ale jak jsem se dočetla o vašem portrétu, tak že je to škoda. Pač musís mít trpělivost (třeba když maluje živou osobu) :) Hlavně že to člověka baví a má k tomu vztah.

If I could give zero stars i would. despite my detailed description and forking over $107 dollars for a digital and physical print, they STILL drew everything wrong and it didn’t even look good. They originally answered quickly and did not offer a refund until i became annoying about it. They wanted to revise the drawing for extra cash lol. found out they only refunded me $26 out of the $107 and then STOPPED ANSWERING. i’ve tried to contact them several times since then and even messaged them on instagram to which they read and IGNORED IT. literally the worst company i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEFORE THEY SCREW UP YOURS TOO and give you the biggest headache. Their “customer satisfaction means the world to us” statement can’t be farther from the truth. What a load of performative crap.

OMG WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR PORTRAIT! We wanted a family portrait to put in our new house but normal ones are so boring...the artists did a Wonderful job making us look like the characters! We went with the Attack on Titans and they actually look just like us! And the team was so great and nice about a couple of changes I wanted, I really do want you to absolutely love it. I'm so happy and it is totally worth the price!!

The team here is SOOO beyond great! So far I’ve used them twice (as our family grows we must keep our portrait updated) and will continue to use them! They are so fast at getting the portrait back and making any changes to make sure it’s perfect. I’m so in love with our latest portrait (it’s very different from the first but so detailed and fun). I seriously can’t say enough great things!

they are extremely professional! they respond pretty fast through email and dm. their work is breathtaking and the photos/videos doesn’t do it’s justice. it’s so unreal and i’m so glad i ordered from them. this is my very first time reaching out to an instagram page to make a order. i do not regret it 💗
