Perfection

Communication between pet portraits and myself as a consumer was very poor. The proof that I reviewed and authorized was not what got sent to my recipient. Poor, poor, Customer Service.

The portait was beautiful. But it was noted on the website that we could send additional photos after initially purchasing a portait, so that they could also be used for more details. There was no easy way to submit those photos. While I sent them via email reply, I got no notification that they were received. It also took a long time to receive the portrait, despite paying extra to speed up the process. It took especially long for the portrait to be shipped after it was even completed. Honestly, this all could have been resolved with a little communication.

The pet portrait I received was perfect! It was a birthday gift to a friend and they have already hung the portrait of their two fur babies in their home. Thank you very much! The process was easy and quick!
