Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

The package said that it was delivered but I did not receive it. When I reached out to customer service, they found my package and had it delivered within the week. I was worried it was a scam and then I opened the 4 puzzles that I purchased and they were amazing and exactly as described.

The puzzle I bought from puzzle up is beyond expectation! It is of great quality, good challenge and all around beautiful! The design is amazing and so unique! It's truly awesome and inspiring!

I found the site by accident. Had just started doing puzzles again so I ordered 4. I am starting on my second. I LOVE THESE PUZZLES. The shapes are unconventional. My first had curly shapes, but also angels, the statue of Libertty, pixies, soldiers, and other shapes that made it hard but so much fun. The second one (earth picture) has wolves, buffaloes, chickens, and other animals. AWESOME. Love them.

I love puzzles, I love photos that many puzzles have! This solved my problem of wanting a fun way to puzzle, which was too easy from being too cute or small, and the option of having the pieces flat so they can made into artwork onto my wall which is my dream! Small puzzles are too easy for me, like the black cat, but the Sakura tree took more than half hour! It was truely puzzling on how little space there was for two butterflies with no hints of the shape they uniquely have. It took around three hours!

After several notices that my package was delivered, it had not arrived so I contacted Anna at puzzlesup.com. and received an almost immediate reply. Anna was amazing I lost info on my order both confirmation and shipping info. Within lessyhan 24 hours had all the info! Great customer service and super fast solution to a problem I created. Can nor be more impressed by the fix to my issue! Thank you Anna for all your help!
