PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

Delivery came 3 days early. Assembly was a breeze, and very educational to do.My first time out was a blast. The ride and performance is amazing. The dual motors on this bike climb hills with little effort.Setup and control monitor are very user friendly. I'm very happy with my purchase and would refer my friends to puckipuppy.

I am 79 and hadn't ridden a bike in 50+ years. It was easy to assemble, it was built of quality components, and it fulfilled my hope for excitement. With the accessory options there is nothing that I needed to ride safely, except a bottle of water. If you are buying this bike rather than a car, this won't squeeze your wallet but it will get you from here to there very efficiently. It charges quickly and it takes no gas. Just like charging a laptop, except you ride it! And does it fly!!! Don't just rely on the words of an old man, my friends and neighbors each said JC, this thing is just like a motor cycle! So, put on the helmet included with the accessory pack, and go, go, go!

My wife and I purchased 2 Boxer E-Bikes in February of 2025. I researched many other brands and kept coming back to Puckipuppy. With all the features these bikes had, at the price point offered, it was a quick and easy decision to make. We have logged about 500 miles each primarily on State Park trails, and roadways with no mechanical issues to date. Customer service has been very responsive with my questions, and promotional offers. Awesome Bikes and Company!!

The customer service is excellent. They return emails immediately and if a part brakes they send another piece immediately. The bike came with all accessories and it was one price. We purchased 2 and have been enjoying for 6 months.

We bought our bikes in July 2024 and have loved then and the Customer Service team. When mine came in there was some damagecto one of my parts and Puccipuppy sent a new part out right away. We love our bikes. We use them when we go camping. They are a lot of fun to use and the batteries stay charged for a long time.

PUCKIPUPPY just sold me my very first E-Bike. My new Labrador Pro is an absolute dream machine. I did a bunch of personal online research as well as talking to friends of mine who are E-Bike owners. They all said the same thing, buy a PUCKIPUPPY. Most importantly, Mia from customer support was and is the quintessential professional. Prompt, courteous, and people oriented are the watchwords I would use to describe her. Thank you PUCKIPUPPY for an awesome E-Bike and thank you Mia for making it the best customer service I have received in recent memory. My son, an engineer, is so impressed that he too is looking to buy a PUCKIPUPPY.

Great ride..nothing short of exhilarating! Ride mostly streets and paved highways…the bike handles amazingly well…would caution to always be safe because this bike is very powerful..Customer Service rocks it too!

Bought 2 Puckipuppies E bikes, they were fairly easy to assemble and adjust handlebars & seat. Took 3-4 hours, They ride well, locks are super good. we like both the pedal assit and throttle, which is nice to have when needed
