Dear Victor, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We understand that accidental purchases can happen, and we regret the inconvenience this order created. After reviewing your request, we would like to clarify that a full restocking fee was not applied in this case. As outlined in our policy, only a 5% card processing fee was deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing costs charged by the payment provider. This fee is standard for refund transactions and is waived if an exchange is selected instead of a refund. We understand this may still feel disappointing, especially when the purchase was not intended, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is important, and we will continue working to make our ordering experience clearer and more user-friendly. If you need any further assistance, our support team is always here to help. Sincerely, Puckipuppy

Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re really glad to hear that you love the look and riding performance of both the Bulldog and Boxer ST, and that they handle hills well in your area — that truly means a lot to us. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. We understand your concerns regarding the Bulldog’s frame size and standover height. Your feedback is very valuable, and we will pass it along to our product team to further review how sizing information is presented, so future customers can make more informed decisions. We’re also sorry that your Bulldog arrived with a defective display and a bent chainring. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we fully acknowledge that our quality inspection and response time did not meet expectations in this case. While we’re glad the replacement parts ultimately resolved the issue, we understand the frustration caused by the waiting time and communication delays. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we must improve — especially in quality control and customer support efficiency. We truly appreciate your patience and honesty, and we hope your bikes continue to bring you enjoyable rides ahead. If you ever need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you again for choosing us and for giving us the opportunity to improve. Sincerely, Puckipuppy
