Purchased 2 puckipuppy e bikes the boxer and samoyed both lived up to my expectations. My wife and me thoroughly enjoy riding. The quality of the bikes exceeded my expectations. I purchased the accessories bundle which was a fantastic deal.

Purchased a Samoyed for my wife in Feb 2025. The bike came in box with easy assembly instructions. We purchased the additional battery but she is able to get around 50 miles on the original battery using some assitance. Very good quality E bike. Would buy again.

I am really enjoying my Labrador. I get a lot of comments when riding it and people ask if I would recommend the brand. I absolutely wouldI have had a couple of minor issues one was my own fault. The customer service I received was outstanding.

Bike arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Seems like a great bike for the price point

I had a great experience with this company. I researched quite a bit before purchasing, and I love that when you call them, you can speak to a real person :) I ran into an issue with the brakes on my bike, and their customer service team handled it quickly and professionally. They were friendly, responsive, and promptly addressed the issue. It's rare to find a company that stands so solidly behind its product. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality e-bikes and top-notch service.

Horrible Customer Service – Buyer Beware We agreed to Pucky Puppy Bikes’ return policy, including the $300 shipping fee to send the bike back—even though that’s an extremely high cost. Despite complying with everything they asked, they’ve repeatedly delayed the process and refused to move forward with the return. The bike itself is not as advertised. It claims to fit riders between 5’4” and 6’4”, but at 5’6”, it was completely unsafe to ride. When we raised our concerns, they initially said the return could be processed, then started coming up with excuses about why they couldn’t accept returns right now—clearly stalling until the 15-day return window expired. This has been a terrible experience. We did everything by their book, and they still found ways to avoid taking the bike back. It feels dishonest, manipulative, and completely unfair. Do not trust this company. The product is misrepresented and their customer service is evasive and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

Just really quick want to in general let everyone know how great Puckipuppy is. Product and Customer Service is bar none not to mention the affordable price point. Had a screen go out, bike would not run without it. Bike was over a year past warranty. Fiona from customer service had one in my hands free of charge in days. Thank you again. Never have seen this sort of customer service…they are the best. Take care everyone
