These litter boxes are so great. Less clean up is needed!

Very well made and easy to clean. Like the high sides. I ordered another one because it worked out well with my 2 cats.

We really enjoy ptlom kitty litter box, we especially appreciate the craftsmanship, design and narrow footprint. If a redesign is in mind, we would recommend a larger filter, perhaps twice the width. Overall, we’re pretty happy with this purchase and so are our kitties 😌!

The return process is confusing and it feels intentionally difficult to initiate a return request. The sizing off the litter box was not going to work for our cat so I started the return process and struggled to find the pathway on the website. Once I submitted the request, I did not get an ETA and had to follow up via email 5 business days later to get an update. Photos are required but they can only be shared via email when your return request is responded to. Getting the return label was easy but again, no ETA given on the process time and I didn't know that the return was accepted until the refund hit my account. In total the process took over 3 weeks. I understand that there can be lags and that returns need time to process but I would have liked more transparency with the status and prompter response times.

The cat boxes are well constructed and the cats like them. The amount of cat litter that is now sparayed out is miniscule. The boxes clean up easily.

I was amazed that I received a large litter box, however it is not XL. Quality seems good, but it was way overpriced for the size alone. I do like the design but too expensive for a large, nolt extra large

You offer a great product at a fair price with reasonably fast delivery.

I like the height & the top. Has almost removed all litter from being thrown out of box. Also the stainless steel is easy to scoop with virtually no odor.
