Good offerings and very quick shipping. Have met all my expectations.

Ordering on line was easy but the items have not been delivered yet so I can not rate them until they come in.

Very easy to call and place order and customer service was excellent. I picked up order myself and loader was right there to load 3 p tacs and i was out of there within 15 minutes. Excellent!

Great upfront on the purchase but after they have your credit card you can forget the service. No call backs on any issue. Even had to call to get my tracking number. Will use another company in the future.

Okay I ordered a refurbished PTAC at a great price and it was delivered on time but the unit failed within 5 days. I filed warranty support and they were prompt and within 24 hours had a replacement unit shipped free of charge. Now that service! It's been a week and still running so we'll see how this unit goes, stay tuned.
