I presently find your service to be great and do hope I can continue to say that in the future.

So far the service has been great. The system is very easy to use and to install yourself. Hopefully the system is effective should I ever need it.

Where should I start? With the installation maybe. To begin we have two small dogs under 20 #. I asked the installer if the motion sensor, when activated, would bypass them. He said yes it would. Lo and behold the first time we used the system we receive a phone call from protection 1 advising the livingroom motion sensor had been activated. Guess what the dogs broke the beam. Was told the sensor coould not be set to bypass the sensor without pressing STAY instead of AWAY. This action negates the effects of the sensor since it will not activate in STAY. Also the alarm activation was sent to our e mail rather than text messages. We do not have e mail when we are out. WE DID FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE THIS

your service is 100 times better then all the other companies i have used in the past would recomend your company to anyone

Great customer service. Fast appointment and install. My only issue has been when I accidentally set off my alarm and left (not knowing I set it off). I have 2 numbers saved in my phone for protection 1 and the number they called from as well as the number left on voicemail to call back were 2 different numbers not in my phone. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the caller and it made calling back (while driving to work) a little complicated. But they were on top of the issue and I didn't have police sent for the false alarm. Thank you!
