They were difficult to communicate with and acted as though I was bothering them by asking for confirmation (which never came). They were also BY FAR the most expensive charter rental in the area. Keep looking and avoid Prompt charter

The company gave me a quote that was within my price range and ended up charging almost double in hidden fees such as an absurd admin fee!

Overall: - Communication was poor - Lack of transparency is pricing made it difficult to know what I was being charged - Driver was nice and professional Customer service was abysmal. They are slow to respond to requests via email, and aren't able to give clear information via phone. When I was finally provided a quote, I was given no information on how to secure the reservation. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I finally received a response and was told the vehicle I received the quote for wasn't even available. After additional back and forth, I received a new quote for something they had in stock, but after confirming the details a few days later, was provided a different amount. I repeatedly asked for images of the vehicle I had secured and the contact information for the driver which was never provided. The driver was nice, so that was a positive, but the rest of the experience was bad.

I never received a quote. I tried to follow-up via phone, but the toll-free phone number provided does not work.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Incommunicative I had submitted an online query regarding a minibus hire for a company event. I never heard back, so I called the customer service line. The representative just answered "Hello?" without identifying the company, so I wasn't even sure I had the right number. I told him we needed to get a quote. He had to look in their email trash to find the email that had been sent to me, which I never received initially, which provided the quote. This poor experience in just obtaining a quote does not make me feel very confident about using this service.

As an organization, I have been working with Prompt Charters for 6 years and I don't have no complaints about their service. I don't encourage you to do it , but the manager was able to accommodate my last minute requests in a heartbeat or replying to my emails even on weekends. I am more than satisfied with their service, but also impressed! I would recommend you to contact them with no hesitation. John SHAJI is very professional and the BEST!
