I ordered a dress for homecoming, and the seller was responsive before the purchase. After the sale, however, communication became slow, and obtaining a return authorization (RMA) and refund has been difficult. Based on my experience with their customer service after the purchase, I do not recommend this company.

Bought a dress didn’t fit me and wanna return it and I have to pay a 10% restocking charge. Plus I have to pay for shipping. Never seen a company work like this. Not a company you want to order a dress from.

Scam ordered 1 dress. Paid 2x. Went back and fourth to get details of dress Aug 22 ordered refused refund Aug 25th. I have emails to validate the everything. Reported to PayPal better business BUREAU and my bank to receive monies. Also found dress at another site 1/2 their price.
