I am updating my review. Once I posted my initial review explaining that I had not received my product and was very disappointed, the company contacted me almost immediately! Brandon, Alex and their team asked for more detail on what had occurred and within 6 hours had shipped out a replacement order which arrived successfully today! Fantastic customer service! Thanks guys, I look forward to using my product and will be happy to recommend you to my friends!

Just used the prep spray and ceramic, both are easy to apply and the car now looks absolutely amazing. Time will tell how long it last. So far very impressed.
