This product was not what I ordered; furthermore, it was significantly delayed and arrived incorrectly. It is an indoor fragrance, whereas I had ordered a ceramic cutter.

Still have not received the product or my order

This product did not work as advertised. Did not remove any water spots from the glass or shower door.

P I don’t even have the product

Still waiting for a refund on a product I never received.

My purchase was not delivered the day it was expected, I was home all day and it never arrived. I sent an email asking for them to inquire about the delay and I was promptly emailed back with a response stating if it is not received or received damaged it would be replaced. The next day when I was at work I got an email stating it had been delivered. When I got home the package was nowhere to be found. I sent 3 emails asking where it was with NO RESPONSE!! The picture sent with the delivered email only showed a corner of a box and half of a label. I have a LOCKING BOX for all my packages so there would have been no reason for my package to be left where it could have been stolen if Infact it was even delivered to the correct address! So I'm out $60. !!!

Don’t waist your money!! I get the same results going to a car wash and adding the wax option. I tried several times e-mailing the company with NO RESPONSE.

Got an email that it was shipped May 16th and today is May 22nd and it hasn't even made it to the shipper.
