I booked my ticket through leo Murphy and had a very positive experience. He was responsive, patient, and helped me find the best option for my travel needs. The whole process was easy, and he kept me updated every step of the way. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would definitely book with him again.

I booked what I thought was a best deal through Iberia air. Shaun Deal our agent sent a better ticket option, with seat assignments and lounge access. He informed me that I was in the window to cxl my ticket and book this better value which I did. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend. Steve

I would like to compliment Alexis for all she did to get us to Africa. She returned calls and kept her word to contact me on time. We, my Daughter and I, are extremely happy with the excellent service she gave us. Thanks so much Alexis.I am happy to give Alexis a BIG TEN!!!

Working with Tyler at PrivyTrips was a great experience from start to finish. I was booking a multi-leg international trip and Tyler handled all the details professionally and efficiently. He was communicative throughout the process, clearly laid out the fare rules and restrictions upfront so there were no surprises, and made the whole ticketing process straightforward. The pricing was competitive and the service felt personalized rather than transactional. I've already recommend Tyler @ PrivyTrips to two others joining part of this trip & anyone looking for help booking travel, especially for more complex itineraries. Looking forward to working with Tyler again!

Alexis provided us excellent service, was very patient with my questions regarding a flight for five of us to Australia, and saved us several hundred dollars per person compared to the flight we first were considering. If you are planning a future trip, contact PrivyTrip and request Alexis Lively as your agent.
