It was a bit nerve wracking when my credit card denied the charges. I'm not sure how to let people know this might happen and how to handle it. I also was annoyed when the agent called multiple times in a row when I was busy. However, I found him very helpful and we are pleased with the tickets he found for us. So overall a good experience.

The representative (Tyler) was able to find the tickets I need at a price I could afford. He gave me different options and I picked the best one for me.

Despite the long telephone conversations and trial and errors, I think Emily, our customer service representative acted very professional and cooperative. She did indeed try very hard to help us complete our ticket purchase. I definitely will use her assistance in the future.

Joe worked with me on a very busy weekend, when I wasn't 100% ready to book. But the deal he found was to good not to purchase. The only suggestions that I believe should be mentioned during the procedure is: They book airfare through Canada - so you credit card needs to have no international fees. You need to also check your credit card asap to make sure the money converted to the quote amount you received. Mine did not (more $) BUT when I pointed it out to Joe he immediately put in for a credit for that amount that was over.

Each of the three agents was very solicitous in trying to satisfy our needs. Unfortunately, the first two agents were no longer employed by Privy Trips by the time our departure was due. Now we have Melanie who has been a delight. She is knowledgeable and efficient. I would use her again provided she is available!! She is a good listener and follows up on her promises.

I had the pleasure of working with Leo Murphy. We booked a trip to Europe. He was very through in assessing my needs and desires. the proof go the pudding will be how smoothly the trip goes. I would recommend using Leo at PrivyTrips

Youna Martinez found me a nice option for my trip to NIce next year. I could save $1200 per person for the business class round trip if I flew economy to and from Heathrow to Nice and business class to and from my home to Heathrow. They couldn't offer much of a discount on the other full business class or first class options. I was still very pleased with her demeanor and attitude through the entire process. I felt guilty for not using them but she put me at ease.
