Rapid response competive pricing ! One thing that needs improvement is when in a long multi stop business journey , an economy ticket maybe the only choice for a short part . Ensure that it is an economy class that allows registering luggage in the price , otherwise price comparisons maybe incorrect. Will ask you to bid for all my futute trips.

Good overall experience & outcome. Not perfect as not enough information is provided before booking such an exclusions or inclusions in the price offered, and I wish a timeframe was provided to ensure the fare offered is secured.
