Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We know how frustrating and embarrassing it can feel to deal with constant spam and robocalls — it’s exactly the kind of stress we want to help reduce. It’s important to clarify that PrivacyHawk is not a call-blocking service. Instead, our focus is on reducing your overall digital footprint by removing your information from data brokers and marketing lists, making it harder for spammers and telemarketers to get your details in the first place. This broader approach helps lessen spam across calls, emails, and even junk mail over time. We’d be glad to take a closer look at your account to make sure your tools are fully set up and working as intended, and we can also share tips to further reduce unwanted calls. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and mention this is from your Trustpilot review so we can help directly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration in not seeing the difference you expected after a few months, especially when it comes to spam calls and texts. PrivacyHawk focuses on reducing your overall exposure by working at the source — removing your data from data brokers, marketing lists, and other places where it’s being shared or sold. This isn’t always an overnight change, but the goal is long-term impact by cutting down the channels spammers use to reach you in the first place. We’d really like the chance to review your account with you and make sure everything is running as it should. Sometimes a few adjustments or additional steps can make a meaningful difference. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and mention this is from your Trustpilot review so we can work with you directly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you haven’t seen the reduction you were hoping for yet — we know how frustrating unwanted calls and junk emails can be. PrivacyHawk is designed to improve your digital footprint over time by removing your information from data brokers, unsubscribing you from legitimate marketing lists, and limiting how much of your data is shared or sold. These removals typically take 30 to 90 days to be fully processed by data brokers and companies, which is why the impact isn’t always immediate. Once completed, you should begin to notice a broader reduction across different channels. We’d be happy to review your account to make sure your Digital Footprint and Unsubscribe tools are fully set up and working properly, and also share recommendations that could help improve results. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and mention that this is from your Trustpilot review so we can assist you directly.
