Too much to soon/where are the instructions

I feel this has been an overwhelming experience. I feel like I missed something like instructions. It seems I went crazy trying to understand what I was doing on each of the tabs and with my email accounts. At this point I am trying to deal with the enormous amount of emails I am getting. Some of the companies I wanted deleted are no longer in existence and I hope Privacy Hawk isn’t repeating requests for deleting my information from these companies. Plus I realize that Privacy Hawk wants me to continue for more than one month using their services but I don’t see how I can cancel these services.

It’s never our intention to make things confusing, and we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know where things felt unclear. To clarify, those extra emails you’re seeing often come from companies responding to data removal or unsubscribe requests, it’s a normal part of the cleanup process and should taper off as removals complete. PrivacyHawk automatically skips defunct or unreachable companies, so we don’t repeatedly send requests to them.
