Stay away from this company. The have resource and scheduling issues that undermine what they say they provide to their customers. I agreed to have Ideal Professional Janitorial services in Arizona come and clean my house. The initial clean was supposed to be a deep cleaning so that bi-weekly service could be established. The first cleaning was lacking - floors especially. A day before my second cleaning I was called and it was indicated they needed to move my service to another date and time, as they "just found out" the cleaner would not be available. Fine, I moved it to the following day and agreed upon a time with this company. The night prior to the new scheduled day and time, I got a text indicating they wanted to move the cleaning time again, after agreeing on the time the day before. Again - "we just found out", "we are so sorry this will not happen again" - this was twice it happened and the same phrases. There appears to be resource issues and keeping cleaning schedules that the company agreed to. I would not recommend this company.
