We’re sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration you experienced. PrimeDefender is an independent digital security service and is not affiliated with Costco. Our signup process identifies the PrimeDefender service, the subscription being purchased, and the applicable pricing before a subscription is completed. We take reports of customers encountering our service while attempting to access another website very seriously and would like the opportunity to review what occurred in this case. Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected] so we can locate your account, review the transaction, and assist with any cancellation or billing concerns.

We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. PrimeDefender does not charge customers $5 to speak with a technician or to contact our Customer Support team. Our support is provided at no additional charge. Based on what you’ve described, it appears the $5 request may have come from a separate third-party service encountered while searching online. We’d be happy to review the PrimeDefender charge, confirm the status of your account, and assist with any refund or cancellation concerns. Please contact us directly at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected] so our team can assist you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. PrimeDefender is a separate service and has no affiliation with CVS, so we’d like to better understand what you experienced while using your CVS account. PrimeDefender does not insert itself into third-party websites, and customers are shown the PrimeDefender service, pricing, and subscription information before completing a signup. If you can provide any details about what you clicked or saw immediately before reaching PrimeDefender, we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. We’d also be happy to review your account and address any charges or subscription concerns. Please contact us at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected] so our team can assist you directly.

We’re sorry for the confusion this caused. You mentioned that you thought you were renewing your Paramount account when you encountered PrimeDefender. PrimeDefender is not affiliated with Paramount, and our advertisements clearly identify the PrimeDefender service, product, pricing, and subscription details. If you received an email that you believe led you to PrimeDefender while attempting to renew Paramount, we’d appreciate it if you could send us a copy or screenshot. We’d like to investigate the circumstances and determine exactly what occurred. We’ve proactively located your account and issued a full refund. Please allow 2–4 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card. If you have any questions or can provide a copy of the email, please contact us at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected].

We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. We want to clarify that PrimeDefender does not insert itself into ParkMobile or any other third-party payment process, nor do we advertise through pop-ups on third-party billing or payment pages. All PrimeDefender advertisements are clearly identified as advertisements, and our signup process clearly displays the PrimeDefender name, product, pricing, and subscription details throughout the process. Since what you’ve described is not consistent with how PrimeDefender is advertised, we would appreciate any additional details or screenshots showing where you encountered PrimeDefender while attempting to pay for parking. This will allow us to investigate exactly what occurred. For assistance with the $19.45 charge, please contact us at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected], and we’ll be happy to resolve this issue.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. We do want to clarify that PrimeDefender does not place QR codes at Rainbow Park or insert itself into the parking payment process. Our advertisements are clearly marked as advertisements, and the PrimeDefender name, product, pricing, and subscription details are displayed throughout the signup process. Since you mentioned scanning a QR code at the park, we’d really appreciate any additional information you can provide about it, including a photo of the QR code or sign if you happen to have one. What you’ve described is not how PrimeDefender is advertised, so we’d like to understand exactly what happened and investigate where that QR code directed you. If you’d like to discuss the charge with us directly, please contact us at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help.

We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We want to clarify that PrimeDefender does not have access to Uber’s payment process or customer credit card information, and we do not obtain or “pirate” card details from Uber or any other third-party website. All PrimeDefender advertisements are clearly identified as advertisements, and our signup process displays the PrimeDefender name, product, pricing, and subscription details throughout the process. Since you believe this occurred while attempting to sign up for Uber, we’d really appreciate any additional details or screenshots showing where you encountered PrimeDefender. What you’ve described is not consistent with how our service is advertised, and we’d like the opportunity to investigate exactly what occurred. If you’d like to discuss the charge with us directly, please contact us at 1-855-718-7363 or [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help.
