I am enjoying the new sauna and have no complaints. Since this is the first one, a review at a later date.

Premium had the most competitive price for Finnmark infrared sauna that I purchased from them. Their sales representative effectively guided me through the units features and options. He also contacted their distributor to ensure that I would receive my unit in the next shipping window. Delightfully, the unit came in earlier then expected. Their shipper communicated very well with me and the delivery driver did a great job of getting the unit into my garage. Thank you for the excellent customer experience!

From the day I put in the order until the sauna was up an running I had a wonderful experience. We had a few small questions and an little issue with power that got figured out as their team was very responsive and helped us get through the install and issues. In the end I could not have asked for better customer service.

Excellent customer service with prompt updates on shipping and delivery status. Sauna arrived in excellent condition and was easy to assemble. Extremely high quality sauna.
