It would have been 5 stars, except that reserving a spot and paying in advance does not guarantee a spot in the parking garage. After years of paying for monthly parking, my employer is moving, and I only needed 2 days' parking in the next month. Kimberly on customer service chat was very nice and professional.

I submitted a request via email almost two weeks ago with no update, so I called today to see if I could get a status update. The rep who answered my call was the utmost professional and handled my request quickly. She was awesome- I feel bad b/c I wrote her name down to give her a shoutout by I spilled my coffee and erased her name.
