I swore I'd never buy an iPad. I own 4 Macs, two iPods and an iPhone. What do I need one for? I was looking for something and came across in PowerMax a 64 Gig WiFi original iPad for $200. I figured, what the heck, I just came into some Fairy Money. So I bought it. Service was excellent, delivery when promised and the product was as advertised. Now I'm like Linus with his blanket. Be sure when I need anythingf I'll be back.

Had a great experience with Powermax, there was no high pressure sale or push. They answered what they could and found answers for me if they didn't have it. I think I found my new location to by my Apple products

I purchased iBank4 and Microsoft Office for Mac. Neither product key would work. As is their policy, Powermax would not take back the software. Microsoft did come through with another download so that I did not have to pay more. My problem with Powermax is that if they are selling a defective product, they should have a mechanism for taking it back.

Honor found what I wanted, at a fair price, got it and sent it out the next day, by U.S. Mail. It took a couple days longer to get to Alaska, but that is not your fault...this is the Land of Extremes.

This company offers good products and services at a fair price. They communicate well and ship promptly. I sent in my old Mac Book Pro for evaluation and review on July 5, 2013 Tracking #1ZV440054229097726, delivered on 7/9/2013 shipped UPS Ground. It was signed for by a person named Lockhart, I sent it to Power Max @ 6077A Lakeview Blvd., Lake Oswego Or 97035 I received a email from Michelle Ryther on the 18th of July not telling a whole lot. I'm still waiting to hear from someone concerning the trade amount so that I can continue with the purchase of a new MacBook Pro. Getting a little concerned !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did I just get stiffed?
