Hello. At the time of your review we didn't even have any services for sale. It looks like you have us confused with another business with "Powermax" in its name.
The staff and processing was excellent. Still waiting on trade in of my iPad so I can't speak on the ease and drama free of the trade. The shipping, $40, for a iPad mini 4 was very high. I am not sure why they hate US Postal because priority with signature is only $12. I should have decline the purchase but i didn't. I guess I was excited about my trade in of my iPad 2. This company is only a good value for the 48 states.

The staff and my sales person are excellent! 5 out of 5 Stars. The average with some friction is on the Mac Mini, Had it a week and the OS locked up on startup. I had to reinstall the OS to get it working again. No error message to tell me what caused the lock up.

Only one usb slot is working and all my information is on usb flash drives, how can I get my material without the other usb port working, what solutions are there for this problem, not happy about that and also this is not the mac that was in the picture when I bought it.

Overall I'm okay with the purchase, but I have an issue with with FireWire ports. They don't work. I have several FireWire devices I would like to use and I can't. They don't mount and from a look at the software diagnostics, the Two FireWire ports don't even display info telling me either it is a software issue or the FireWire Ports aren't connected. Two of the devices I use are external drives that are both FireWire and USB capable so those issues have been resolved, but other devices are FireWire only which I can't use on this iMac G5. I've used Apple computers and laptops of 29 years and this is the first time I've experienced what I would term as somewhat satisfaction in a product.

We've purchased 4 used Mac's and each was clean and runs perfectly. The quality control at PowerMax seems to be on top of things.

I wish you would add to your products a born on date.I bought a ProMac with to much thermal grease,Dripped down Wipeing out the power supply.Straning everything. Your repair was i believe was $1200.Came back with multiple problems, including a noisy Hardrive.Which was 6 years old.Myia did what she could.Warranty out, i bought another ProMac,seems to be OK. I now have close to $3000, in a 6 year old Computer. Some fault is Apple computers are to damn expensive. This computer was about $4500 new.PowerMax Did the best they could due.
