I've done business with these folks for over ten years. Their sales people are patient and helpful to non-techie types like me. I tell them what I'm trying to do, they tell me what products will do the job. I don't have to waste my time wading through various technical descriptions or try to figure out if a particular product will do what I need it to, I just go to the website, look at the various products, then call and discuss my potential purchase with my personal sales rep. They never push me to spend a lot or to buy the most expensive item. I've never had a problem, but I'm sure they can be relied upon to help me, should a problem develop.

A friend told me about POWERMAX and I remembered them when I needed to find out if the computer I was going to giveaway or sell had stopped working because of the computer or the power cord. I stopped by, they did a quick test and discovered it was the power cord. They sold me a new one, so I'm back in business. I've let my friends with Macs know about them and am glad to know they are in the area.

I have bought things from Powermax and been completely satisfied with every aspect. From the quality of products, to the price, to the customer service portion everything is as it should be.

I purchased an iMac in August 2013. I received excellent service and I could not beat the price. Everything works perfectly!! I could not be happier with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend power max.

In the past any computer purchase was always handled for me by a friend. This time I was on my own, Honor, the person who assisted me was more then helpful, she made it so very easy and this 76 year old feels great about the fact having put in the order by herself. Three days after ordering I unpacked my new computer I am still in the process of getting to know my new friend. Powermax and Honor thank you again for all your help.

I just love the people at PowerMax. Always easy to get someone helpful on the phone and they never seem rushed or impatient. Good email follow up to questions too. Quick delivery and excellent prices. They are my go-to Mac source.
