I can't fault their customer service. Somehow I've applied the promo code on the wrong checkout page which did not grant me any discount. Josh has helped me enormously and offered even a better plan for what I've already paid for. Exciting times ahead!

I tried a couple of other apps but I do really like this one. It's fairly easy to use. I had a glitch today and Josh helped me get it taken care of perfectly. Great customer service! Definitely recommend.

Epic App that does miracles. Post Planner has saved me half a lifetime posting to multiple FB groups (of which I'm an admin.) Facebook doesn't make it easy, but the killer product support got me through all the wrinkles. It does everything I need and I'm looking froward to their development schedule. Incredible, personal product support. Highest recommendation.

Very easy transition to the new app, clear explanation going forward regarding Instagram, Talked about upgrading due to business growth...Josh was fantastic, handled it beautifully, and I'm set into July 2022.

Postplanner is a very easy to use and intuitive interface that facilitates the management of my feed on twitter. The support team is also amazing and makes you feel like you have a personalized interaction with them. Great app, great team!
