Pop Your PupReviews of popyourpup.com

I love my pop your pup products! I have gotten a few different things made up with my dogs on it and I couldn’t be happier. They also make great gifts for any animal lovers in your life. The process is very easy and the results are great! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great experience! The blankets turned out awesome and very soft. Very pleased. Highly recommended!

I would have given a 5-star rating, but I had an issue with the printing of my shirt. My original order was placed correctly with my dog’s head on Jon Snow’s body (Game of Thrones). When it was sent for my approval, the artist had placed the head on Daenerys’s body (Game of Thrones). The two bodies were both sitting on the same throne and were of the same dark colors, so I didn’t notice the male/female difference and approved the photo. I realized within minutes afterward of the error. I tried immediately to stop the printing, but I was notified that it was too late. Many emails later and various online chats produced the correct artwork and shirt. The finished product looks great and is of very nice quality! My issue with this order is that there is no way to contact a rep via phone. This made correcting my order very difficult! Please, please, please get a customer service phone number, so issues like mine can be resolved quickly and easily. The system you are using now really doesn’t work well for problems with an order. I’ve ordered from this company several times and have never had an issue until now. Even with the problem I had, I will continue to order in the future. I LOVE their work!

I've ordered from Pop Your Pup a few times now, for myself and for gifts, and it's always a great experience. The whole process is super easy and quick - communication with the artist, approving artwork, and shipping. Even during the crazy Christmas rush, I got my order within a week. I had some happy gift recipients!

This is such a fun site and has provided some great gifts for my pup lovin' friends. The website can be a tad slow, but communication with the company is always super efficient and friendly in this age of bot. Very clever options for backgrounds and your pet becomes gorgeously animated in the shots.

Love the final product and appreciate the effort the hard work of our artist. Customer service was quick to respond. Nothing but praise for this company!
