Received email saying my debit card…
Received email saying my debit card was declined to addresses not matching. So i used credit card . I have used this company for years and never not paid. Lived at same address for25 yrs I called customer service and they were right on top of it. Got it all straightened out. Apologized for system error . Customer service Grace was absolutely professional .

Very timely delivery
Very timely delivery. This recent delivery is missing a bag of food. I did add it late; but I have been billed for it and it says 2 on the invoice. 10/22/26

Damaged product again
Upon arrival, both bags were torn and the dog food was exposed. I submitted an inquiry through your website over 24 hours ago but have not yet received a response. This is a recurring issue with damaged products, and it is unclear whether the damage is occurring at your warehouse or during transit with FedEx. I have documented the damage with photos if needed.

Gustavo, we're grateful you took the time to share your concerns. We're so sorry your dog food arrived with torn, exposed bags, and we understand how frustrating it is that your website inquiry has gone more than a day without a response. We have been able to process a replacement order for you today, it should ship out tomorrow.

I’ve always loved this dog food
I’ve always loved this dog food. My dogs thrive on it. Like steak 🥩 we had to eliminate it due to high cost. My dogs are back on it. I have 5 mini Aussies and really do want the best for them. This is by far the best thing I’ve ever done for them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
