I went from a single needle brother machine to the Poolin EOM and I am so happy I did. Everything was very simple & seamless from the time of purchase to delivery. I was a little intimidated at first because I never used a multi needle machine before but I went all in and if I ran across any problem no matter the time the customer service reps were there to assist. A lot of the problems I did run into were because of user error lol (me). My customer service reps are amazing always there to help me, and offer many ways to help me keep my machine up and running smoothly. If you are looking for a muti needle machine I would highly recommend Poolin you will not be disappointed!!! I have my EOM for a month now & couldn’t be more satisfied & impressed!!

I bought my poolin Eoc06 in 2025 and I am barely using it I was scared thinking it would be to much but when I tell you these past few months have been a joy to wake up and start embroidering. It’s really easy to use but you do have to learn to use it meaning needles, stabilizing, and other things that have to do with embroidery but other than that the machine is a good starter machine. Yesterday I decided to update my software mind you I’m not tech savvy so I took the risk and looked at some videos it did not go well I froze the screen. I was so upset because her I thought I messed this up and now I have to wait til I get someone from poolin to help and they are long distance and everything has to be done by WhatsApp or email. I thought I’m never going to get this fixed. I reached out to few techs and they didn’t help much. But I took a deep breathe and prayed and asked God to send me the right tech that would help me and he did I emailed poolin and Kai Tang answered he is a tech for poolin, he was patient and kind he figured out the issue and fixed the problem. Thank you Poolin for having techs like him that are willing to really help. Saving up to get me the big one😍

I been having my Poolin eox over one month and so far I love it! Looking forward to buy a smaller one for just my hats. When I have trouble with something there’s always someone from their team helping.

Ordered and received in less than a week! I am totally obsessed with this machine. So easy to set up and get rocking from day one. The tech support is super helpful and speedy in response! Will be ordering a second one soon!

I absolutely love my Poolin EOM! This is my very first embroidery machine and I barely knew how to sew, much less embroider I can’t say enough good things about Leo and Celine! They have both been amazing answering all my questions through Facebook Messenger. Leo even checks on me every few days to see how I’m doing and how things are going. I never thought embroidery would be so relaxing and enjoyable, especially starting out knowing absolutely nothing! I’m still learning but I love it. I would buy from Poolin again in a heartbeat and honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing customer service and I’ve only just started out. They answer all my questions and helped me troubleshoot some issues. The machine works amazing so far and seems really well built. I was skeptic at first about Poolin but I am fully convinced that they stand behind their machines and value their customers. So happy with my purchase.

I received my poolin EOX about a month ago. My trainer Leo has been so wonderful answering all my questions and reaching out multiple times to check to see if I needed any help. I love my machine so far, I have zero complaints. There are so many great videos online to also help a see any other questions you may have. I highly recommend!
