I researched for a while and decided on the EOC06 model with the creative bundle. I received my machine pretty quickly and didn’t realize that everything else in the bundle would be shipped separately, so I reached out through messenger and was provided with the information for the remaining items. I received great customer service and so far am pretty happy with my machine! I can’t wait to do more!

I am very impressed with the customer service I have received from Poolin since I purchased my Poolin EOM 15 needle embroidery machine. I am a proud owner of the Poolin ECO07 embroidery machine, and overall, I am very happy with my purchase! Recently, I discovered an issue with my 7.9” × 15” embroidery hoop. The hoop would not close securely, even without fabric. I contacted Poolin customer support, explained the problem, and provided photos. Their technical support team responded promptly, reviewed my concerns, and arranged to send me a replacement hoop at no additional cost. My replacement has already shipped and is expected to arrive in a few days! What impressed me most was their willingness to address the issue and make things right. Customer service is extremely important to me, especially when purchasing embroidery equipment. I have absolutely no regrets about purchasing my Poolin ECO07. Every machine can have an occasional issue, but how a company responds makes all the difference. Thank you, Poolin, for your prompt response, professionalism, and excellent customer support service!
