Plum DiamondsReviews of plumdiamonds.com

The whole experience was amazing! There are many options to choose from for the stone and the setting. The process was simple and easy. The communication and customer service was excellent. I could not be happier with the final result!

I could not have had a better experience. Exceptional product, great pricing and the absolute best part is the staff to work with. I highly recommend Plum to everyone.

I ordered the Home Try-On Kit and absolutely loved it! The team did an incredible job selecting different options based on the notes I provided about what I was looking for. They even reached out to me personally by email to confirm the selection beforehand, which made the experience feel so thoughtful and personalized. I also stopped by the Chicago showroom as a walk-in. Even though I wasn’t able to make the appointment time they suggested, the team was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire experience. I’ve visited and researched quite a few jewelry stores, and the level of care and genuine kindness I’ve experienced with Plum Diamonds has truly stood out. The personal touches included with the Home Try-On Kit made the whole process feel so special. I will absolutely be telling my boyfriend to order my ring from Plum Diamonds, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about both the quality of their jewelry and the experience they provide for their customers.

The quality was amazing. Almost like you knew what we wanted

I completely fell in love with this ring the first time I saw it in an ad, and after weeks of comparing different diamonds and second-guessing myself, I’m so glad I chose Plum Diamonds. The ring is even more beautiful in person. The pear diamond is breathtaking, and the vintage leaf details make it unique and elegant. It looks like it was made just for me. This is my 10-year anniversary ring, and I couldn’t have picked a more meaningful piece. Thank you for creating something I’ll treasure for a lifetime.

From ordering to receiving, the process was seamless. The ring is stunning and looks even better in person. Well done and I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was incredibly nice, responsive, and professional. They answered all of my questions quickly and were very helpful throughout the entire process. The ring is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend them!

6 star! I was amazed by how personal this experience was. First with a gorgeous engagement ring and then for the wedding band some time later. The staff is very helpful and responsive. I got both orders quickly. I am very satisfied with the rings and would recommend Plum to anyone hesitant to make an online purchase.
