Communication has been excellent. The ring sample box was beautiful and so useful. I was a bit confused how to insert the 'diamonds' into the clamps. i would suggest encouraging users to do the above process over a box on a table. My first attempt to 'Set' the stone, it flew across the room. j recommend this kit to everyone exploring diamond shapes and sizes and ring settings. i was very impressed by the quality of each piece including the simulated individual messages. very classy overall. i am more inclined to purchase from your store after seeing the details put into the sample ring box. . The best experience possible. Very user friendly and when it came to shipping and keeping secret, I was able to make adjustments last minute. When I came back around to work on the wedding band, they communicated back and forth on the customization and made that process very enjoyable and easy. I have recommended to everyone I can!
