I tried several different apps on 2025 to build a volunteer schedule for Operation Christmas Child as a drop-off location, and PlanHero was just an overall better selection. It's a better, more efficient experience for the volunteers and for the organizer.

User friendly

Plan hero is awesome in every way... the tool is very flexible and easy to use. Tech support is even better! They readily help fix our messes and teach us better ways to organize sign ups every time we talk with them. Our calls to tech support are always our ineptness.....not problems with the app. PlanHero ROCKS!
