I've been using the piurify bottle now for about two months. I usually run it on the 10 minute cycle to get a higher concentration of molecular hydrogen, i can feel a difference in energy level and I have fewer aches and pains. I've had one ocassion to contact their support with a question and I got prompt and professional service. I will recommend piurify to my friends.

Amazing customer service! I was having an issue with the lights in my pitcher, which they informed me would not affect the performance of the product, but they sent me a new one anyway as a courtesy for being a long-time customer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing products and even better customer service! I purchased two pieces of equipment from Piurify, and after 2–3 years, one of the pitchers stopped working. I went to their website, sent an email, and called customer service. Within just 1–2 hours, I already had people helping me — Dianna by email and John over the phone. I was blown away by how fast, professional, and kind they were. After a brief explanation and sending a video of the issue, they immediately shipped me a replacement pitcher. Thank you so much for the amazing service! Great products, but even better customer service. You guys have definitely won a customer for life!

I’ve been using my PIURIFY unit for a few weeks now and so far I really like it. It’s simple to use and has worked great for my daily routine. My only complaint is that the battery charge doesn’t seem to last very long, but honestly, that’s not a big deal to me. One thing I’ve noticed since I started using it is that the pain I normally have in my hip has been getting noticeably less. Is that because of the hydrogen water? I can’t say for sure—maybe it’s just a coincidence—but it’s something I’ve definitely noticed. Overall, I’m very happy with the unit so far and I’m glad I bought it.
