I am so sorry about that, Brad. Expedited orders should always be prioritized, and this delay definitely isn’t normal. Please check your messages — I just sent you a note so I can make this right for you right away. 🙏
O. M. G! This makes tap water the best ever! We use under-the-sink filters for our tap water, but this makes it taste even better!! For over 30 years I wouldn't drink anything but specific brands of bottled water. This truly surpassed those bottles in flavor!!

Thank you so much for sharing this — we're really glad you were happy with the delivery, packaging, and the product. Enjoy your hydrogenated water! 😊💧
Mark from Piurify helped me resolve a warranty issue. He communicated well with trouble shooting tips. He also sent a new unit when those efforts didn't provide a result. Thanks Mark!

I've only had my water bottle for less than a week, but so far I really like it. It tastes like clean water, is fast and easy to use. The start up instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'll give another review after I've used it for a few months.

My purchase is a gift to my son with CKD. So I haven't/wont be using it myself. Product was shipped timely. Decent packaging. Followed up on. People have asked if I need help. People have sent me tips on using it. They've said they'll be available for my son when he receives his gift.

This product is a staple in my life. I have been drinking about 64 oz of hydrogenated water daily and have seen measurable health benefits related to anti-inflammation, from skin health to post-workout recovery. When I go off the regimen my body doesn’t feel the same. Even my doctor is impressed with the technology’s growing body of literature.
