Customer service support was awesome

I've been using reverse osmosis water in my home for years. After discovering the health perks of hydrogen-rich water at the Cleveland HEAL conference, I started looking into ways to bring it into our daily routine. The pitcher we got works perfectly for my family, and I even bought one for my son at his place too! The written guides and video tutorials were spot-on, making it easy to get started.

I use my hydrogenator bottled water to help with inflammation. It is great and well worth the money! I recently sent a question and the response was quick and helpful. Thank you PIURIFY!!

The Piurify HydroGenator is a valuable purchase! The price is affordable, the unit is made well, cleaning is super easy and I certainly taste a difference in the water. So why not 5 stars? Call me lazy but I would like to Vortex and H2 infuse my water with the touch of 1 button without having to go back and remember to H2 infuse the water after the Vortex cycle is complete. I would also like to see a function that automatically re-infuses H2 in the water every so many minutes so that I know when I go to drink it...I don't have to start all over again (with the same water). Maybe this could be an option for a more advanced HydroGenator at a different price point. Otherwise, for the price, I am very happy with my purchase! I had a Lourdes Hydrofix before this and although I was happy with it...it was EXPENSIVE and challenging to maintain.

I normally don’t give reviews unless I have a bad experience or a great experience with a company. In this case I had a great experience! I initially ordered a Piurify water bottle & I noticed I had a small issue with it. The base was changing but the top bar of the battery displayed when changing, however after a full charge in the recommended time (& longer) the battery top bar wasn’t displaying as if the battery wasn’t fully charged. I contacted them & they sent me a new base that has been working great. I also have noticed better energy levels throughout my days. I highly recommend this product.

Order was received promptly. Set up was simple. Have been using for a few weeks. Works great in both the 5 and 10 minute cycles.

My wife and I were first introduced to hydrogen water about a year and half ago. We told our son about it and he bought us both the Piurify water bottles. And we couldn't be happier!! We feel more energized and have clearer thought process. They say it's also good for the skin, cognitive functions and may help glucose. We enjoyed it so much we bought the Piurify Ptcher. So now our kids can enjoy and reap tje health benefits! I did have questions/concerns on the warranty. So I reached out via email and I got a quick response from a support representative Mark. He added a warranty for both our bottles and pitcher! Mark has been very helpul with any questions or concerns we had with our products. I would encourage anyone interested in Hydrogenated water to give Piurify a try. You won't be disappointed!!!
