Problematic new gas fired boiler was installed in September to replace 30 year old oil boiler that needed to be replaced. Although the installation was ok, this boiler has been a problem from the start - unable to provide heat to the entire house and much slower than the old inefficient boiler that it replaced. Company made several adjustments, but there was very little improvement and I suspect the boiler is undersized for our house, although they will not admit this. (A larger boiler would have only cost me only a few hundred dollars more.) I am also not saving as much in heating bills as expected with gas as this boiler runs for hours to provide heat and I am also concerned about decreased value of my home with these kind of heating problems. Very disappointed, as this company installed a water heater a few years ago with no problems.

We were very happy both with the speed and the quality of the work we got done.

Technician did not install new filters in either furnace unit even though I showed him the new ones available. Technician completed a plumbing inspection report even though he did not complete a plumbing inspection. As usual, technician found an issue. This time an issue over $1,200 on a 5 year old furnace that Pipe Works installed. At least he was on time and out of the house in about 30 minutes.

Pipe Works is an excellent company. The phone is answered, calls are returned and appointments made promptly. Jimmy is an excellent technician. He is professional, neat and polite. I recommend Pipe Works and Jimmy 100%.

Home Depot did the Hot water heater installation for 1000 less than pipe works estimate – not good

Pipeworks staff worked promptly and courteously with me to analyze problem with non working AC unit in Late May. After meeting with Robert sales representative and discussing proposals for best and most cost efficient way to replace and relocate air conditioning unit for apartment I signed contract. Until the work could be scheduled and during very hot weather in June Pipeworks Put in two temporary AC units to make sure we were cool and comfortable. During this time Robert was here almost daily to empty water from large unit and ensure both working properly. The work was completed almost entirely in one day as promised. The staff were all totally professional,Courteous , efficient and concerned about my comfort with all being done. Robert stayed on top of the installation the entire time. I had already reccommended Pipeworks to another resident of this condo complex and would gladly provide references to other Prospective customers.

We have a service contract with PipeWorks... and have also called them several times for other emergencies. They are responsive, professional, respectful and clearly knowledgeable. We are consistently pleased (actually delighted) with their service. This time we had Jimmy do our servicing. He was all-around terrific. I am a tough customer (very particular). They have won me over and they will continue to get my business. Your high level of standards obviously requires your people to be respectful of homes they service (love the booties!), along with expertise in their respective specialty. Keep up the great work. Also, acknowledge and thank your people--- they are definitely building and sustaining your 'high service quality' brand. Lori

Pipeworks is the best!! Mario our technician, did a great job fixing our plumbing issues. Arrived on time, got the job done quickly which is greatly appreciated since we are a non-profit food pantry, Paul runs a great shop!! Thank you Pipeworks!
